Step 01:

          Open YouTube and search the video you want to download caption,then On the caption button.

Step 02:

             Then click the three dots below and click show transcript.

Step 03:

           Then click on the three dots above and click Toggle Timestamps.

Step 04:

             Then select all the text and copy it and paste in notepad and save it.
